This way of building your MLM or direct sales online business is not only a smart way to run your business, it solves the number one problem that causes most people to fail at MLM. The nature of most MLM compensation plans are they pay small percentage commissions on a monthly basis.

The power of earnings is in the leverage of many people in an organization creating sales and all those small percentages are compounded into a healthy monthly commission. The result is for the average person it will take several months for the monthly check to be significant earnings so most people get discouraged and quit.

The "funded proposal" is the method the top 1% earners in the home based business industry use to generate the best mlm leads. Before explaining what that is and how it works so you can start using this smart way of building your business, lets look at the way most marketers generate good mlm leads to better understand the funded proposal method.

Lets start with the method that more people are using today if they are working with an internet savvy leader and mentor in their mlm. The social media or web 2.0 is exploding on the internet and if you know how you can generate tons of free leads with Twitter,Myspace,Facebook,YouTube, and other social media. It is fantastic that more and more marketers are learning to use these social media but most are NOT marketing like the top producers.

These rookie marketers are presenting their opportunity to these leads and losing THOUSANDS of dollars of profits.Here is an important concept to know to help you understand the "funded proposal". The statistics show that for ALL mlm companies across the board, you have to approach 100 people to get 2 people to say"yes" and join you. The "funded proposal" gives you potential to earn money on the 98 that say "NO". Now do I have your attention?

Before I spill the beans on explaining how you can start using the "funded proposal", lets go over some of the paid methods of generating the best mlm leads. Pay per click ads on Google can generate quality mlm leads quickly but you have to know what you are doing are you will lose a lot of money. Lead companies sell mlm leads and in my experience they are a waste of time.

You can buy a genealogy list (a list of current or recent networkers) and sit for hours making phone calls. Ezine ads are a one time email to targeted audience receptive to home based business offers. In the old days people put classified ads in local papers or USA Today, very expensive and totally old school marketing. Now some of these  methods still work, especially if using "funded proposal".

The basics of a "funded proposal" is approaching prospects with some sort of information,training info, marketing system, video training, or other such things that are universally attractive to ALL prospects.A good example to help you understand is I use the 7 figure Networker System which is attractive to ALL home based business entrepreneurs.

Everyone I come in contact with on Facebook,Myspace,YouTube,Twitter, and my blog is approached to check out to see if this system will help them build their business while learning what MLM I promote. Many say "NO" to joining my business, but "YES" to the system and I get paid every month as long as they use the system.

My "funded proposal" makes me money on my best mlm leads that say "NO" adding to my cash flow and creates a budget so I can spend some money on different advertising if I choose to. It is absolutely the way you should build your business with FREE leads but it can also make sense using paid advertising as well. Start using the "funded proposal" method of marketing today!

I wanted to tell you a little bit more about me, who I am, what I do and how I got to be where I am today. I started about 10 years ago trying to make money. I desperately wanted to give up my day job and run my own business.

I tried a lot of things, different businesses, schemes, jobs etc and I never got any support from my family and friends. They would just laugh at me each time I told them I was starting something new. Can't blame them really because I'd have a new idea or plan pretty much every week.

I knew eventually I'd get there and I wasn't going to let anyone else crush my dreams. The "Oh why don't you get a proper job" comments just made me want it even more!

I joined a Network Marketing company and followed everything I was told to. I worked very hard advertising and promoting the business but still couldn't make it work. It was very frustrating. Why couldn't I make it work, when my sponsor was making thousands each month?

I started to think that the problem was actually me and my confidence levels started to drop. Eventually I had to drop out of that company because I was spending more and more money each month and wasn't really earning much from it.

After a couple more years messing about, I came across the Internet. I purchased a website a year later and started to finally earn some money. I learned about the various tools of the Internet, building relationships and business online and then continued to learn more techniques and reinvest in myself.

I realised that if I was going to make it work, I'd have to make myself valuable to other people and the only way to do that was to learn as much as I could about the topic.

I'd finally got a business of my own I was earning good money from. It had taken me a long time but was well worth it I realized that although I'd thought it was all my fault and I wouldn't be able to make any business work, that it was actually my sponsors fault all along. He hadn't told me exactly what he was doing to get the signups and leads. I had been misled like so many other people online.

I got back into network marketing and MLM again and started to use the Internet to drive traffic and prospects into my Network Marketing Funnel.

I'm currently working on a video marketing strategy for MLM. So far it's been working excellent and anyone can do it as long as they have a webcam or a flipcam.

I am currently targeting each MLM company and putting similar videos up on youtube for each company. I have written around 20 different scripts which give tips and ideas to help people learn how to marketing their MLM business online.

I then create a channel specific for that company and upload all the videos to that channel. I'm just creating a Xocai Youtube channel and have already created a Uvme channel.

People then come to each of the channels when they search for something related to their company, see my videos and sign up to my MlmProfitsBlueprint.com course which then teaches them how to build their MLM business online.

It's very important to START to take ACTION when it comes to making online video. Online video is one of the best traffic generation strategies online at present and best of all, it's FREE!

You are absolutely right in the fact that it is so easy to build your business on a budget or with very little money at all. With Myspace, youtube, facebook, blogs and other social media sites, it doesn't take long before you have people approaching you asking for help.

All people really need is a webcam or a flipcam and the ability to get off their butts and actually take action. Set up a youtube channel, watch other peoples videos, get some ideas and start recording.

Don't wait for the time to be right, just get out there and do it. If you wait for too long before you start your first video, the Youtube opportunity will be over. There will be too many people doing it and you will have missed the boat.

Video is the best method to get your message out to people, create a relationship with people and get massive exposure. From that, you'll start to make friends with people who are interested in you and want to learn about what you're doing.

Just type in network marketing, mlm, magnetic sponsoring or similar related keywords into youtube and you'll see all the mentors, and affiliates of various network marketing programs. These people are making it real, they are getting out there and taking action.

This is the key to your success. Take action, monitor your results and if what you are doing isn't working for you, then change your approach slightly until it does work.

You don't need to pay for advertising these days if you're willing to get out there and work hard. I promise you that there is no magic internet marketing pill to make you instantly successful. The successful people are the ones who realise this, and work hard to get where they are.

I just wanted to talk about the fact that you as a person have an awful lot of value to offer other people. You can be a leader in this industry and it doesn't matter if you believe this or not.

Just think about your life and your experiences. You have a totally different outlook, different values and a different background to most other people you will ever meet.
Therefore, you can teach other people and you can relate your experiences in life to them and to your network marketing business.

My advice is to set aside 30 minutes to 1 hour each day to learn about Internet Network Marketing and how the industry works. After a month of doing this, you will start to feel much more confident and will know much more than someone who has just come into the industry.

If you document your journey by using video or writing your blog, people who are not as advanced as you with Internet Network Marketing will start to look up to you as an expert because you know more than they do.

If they're are able to learn something from you, they will continue to watch your videos and read your blog posts, which will in turn lead to an ongoing business relationship in the future.

Don't think that because you don't have any experience in this industry that you cannot make it work. because you can make it work,!

First you need to work out how much time each day you will be spending on your network marketing business and how much time you will be learning.
Once you've done this, you then need to work out what the best use of your time for that given amount of time actually is, and work on the things that will bring you the most results.

Set up a blog and start writing about your journey. You have to be consistent with your efforts. 2 hours per day is a great amount of time to set aside to dedicate to your business.

4 to 5 days per week you can write a new blog posts, record a quick video telling everyone what you have learned for that day or week and then either read for 20 minutes or watch a good quality training video.

Make the most of the time you've got and decide what you are going to learn about or work on for that 1 or 2 hour time period. Plan out your schedule so you get the most out of your time.

Switch off all distractions. Shut your email down, turn off your mobile phone and switch off your Instant Messenger. Lock yourself away if possible and focus on what needs to be done.

Once you have finished your 2 hours, turn off the computer and forget about it until the next day. Go and spend some quality time with your family and make sure you relax!

These are just a few tips I use which really help me get the most out of my time. I usually do my work in 2 hour blocks of time and then take a 30 minute break or rest where I forget about everything and just relax.

It makes you much more productive.
